Prince Harry and the Royal "Family": The Series Continues

Harry hints at a possible reconciliation with his family, but the scriptwriters of life are clearly in no hurry to write a happy ending

It seems the British royal family will never drop out of the global TV series charts. Prince Harry, once again reflecting on his roots, gave an interview to The Independent, where he cautiously suggested that the dramatic script of “Harry vs. Everyone” might be replaced by a season of “Forgiveness and Hugs.” According to him, “reconciliation is possible,” but no one is specifying—in which year, and after how many views on Netflix.
However, Harry did not clarify whether he himself is ready to rewatch his favorite episodes of family quarrels, or if he would prefer to wait for the “director’s cut” to appear in his biography. British monarchists have once again stocked up on popcorn, and Queen Camilla, they say, even canceled an appointment with her psychic so as not to miss any new spoilers.
The House of Lords is probably already drafting a bill “On Compulsory Tea Parties for Reconciliation.” But for now, everything remains at the level of talk: Harry expresses hope, Charles flips through an old photo album, and Prince William is closely following the series’ ratings.
One thing is certain: the “family question” in royal execution will keep the British (and not only them) in suspense for a long time to come. And we, as true connoisseurs of drama, are not changing the channel.
